PRIOR TO DELIVERY

Depending on the items you have purchased, your delivery date will either be set by your Sales Associate at the time of purchase or our Delivery Team will call you to set up delivery once your ordered items have shipped to our warehouse.

The day prior to your delivery, you will receive a call providing you with a two-hour window in which our Delivery Team will arrive at your home.

The day of your delivery you will receive a phone call 30 minutes in advance of our Delivery Team’s arrival.

Prepare the area and clear a path to where your new furnishings will be placed.

MEASURING GUIDE

PREPARE FOR YOUR DELIVERY

Prepare the following to help our Delivery Team complete a safe and efficient delivery:

Clear path for our team to safely locate furniture in its preferred location
Remove artwork or other decor from walls in tight spaces
Notify us if you have difficult driveway access to your home ie. steep, loose gravel, construction on property, low hanging branches

DURING DELIVERY

Our professional Delivery Team is full service and will provide the following services during their visit:

Place your new furniture where you want it
Remove plastic coverings from upholstered pieces, mattresses, & boxsprings
Remove straps which secure sleeper sofa mechanisms
Set up dining room table with leaves in, if you wish
Set glass shelves in hutch and curio units
Set up bed frames and place mattresses on frame
Attach mirrors to dressers, but not to walls
Set up hutch and buffet units, wall units, and curio cabinet
Carry our furniture up a maximum of three flights of stairs if there is no elevator
Remove all packaging materials from your property
